John J. Ferchill, Chairman/CEO of The Ferchill Group, possesses an impressive background in virtually every aspect of real estate development. His extensive experience includes a diverse range of projects, over 40 years of which he personally has directed to successful conclusions.
Since its incorporation in 1978, The Ferchill Group has earned an impressive reputation within the competitive world of commercial real estate as a company that delivers. The company originally specialized in middle and low-cost housing developments, but quickly expanded its project scope to historic restoration, luxury housing, and first class commercial office and industrial complexes. The company is involved in every stage of development, from concept design to construction management and on-line operations. The Ferchill Group has begun to focus increasingly on the redevelopment and adaptation of obsolete historic structures. The firm’s expertise in this area has prompted growth beyond Northeastern Ohio, to the Pittsburgh, Detroit, New York and Chicago markets.
A committed civic activist, Mr. Ferchill formerly was the founder and chairman of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and the Chairman of the Ohio Canal Corridor. Most recently, Mr. Ferchill was elected as Chairman of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Ferchill is active with the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Council. Mr. and Mrs. Ferchill (Sharon) funded The Cleveland Clinic Innovation Center. The Jennifer Ferchill Brain Tumor Center at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital was conceived and initially funded by the Ferchill Family. Mr. Ferchill is a graduate of the Cleveland State University, where he majored in Electrical Engineering.
Ronald K. Leirvik is founder and President of RKI Enterprises. He brings a broad-based set of business skills with stock exchange and private company experience, including Director, CEO, President and Vice President of both consumer and industrial product companies.
Prior to establishing RKL Enterprises, Mr. Leirvik was CEO & President of RB&W Corp., an American Stock Exchange company manufacturing and distributing fasteners with 34 branches in North America and Europe, and manufacturing operations in the U.S. and Canada. During his three year tenure, shareholder value increased 330%.
Prior to RB&W, Mr. Leirvik was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Moen, Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor of faucets, shower valves, stainless steel sinks and do-it-yourself plumbing repair products, serving professional and retail markets. With Forstman/Little & Company, Mr. Leirvik participated in an LBO which resulted in a 7x increase in shareholder investment in 20 months.
Prior to joining Moen, Mr. Leirvik served as Vice President and General Manager of the Valve and Fittings Division of Crane Co. and Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Talon Division of Textron. Mr. Leirvik began his career with Chrysler Corp., progressing to executive-level manufacturing positions including stamping and car assembly plant management, and quality control manager of the Car and Truck Assembly Group.
Mr. Leirvik holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Wayne State University, and attended Executive Programs at Northwestern and Columbia Universities. Mr. Leirvik serves on the Board of Directors of several public and private corporations and is a Councilman for the Village of Gates Mills, Ohio.
Gregory Robb joined First National Bank Wealth Management in 2013 and currently serves as a Wealth Advisor in Cleveland, Ohio. He works with a team of wealth management specialists to manage complicated client issues including wealth transfer, tax liability management, cash flow analysis, banking, and investment management for individuals, families, corporations and non-profit organizations. He coordinates both internal and external resources to create a wealth vision unique to each client’s situation.
Prior to joining F.N.B.Wealth Management, Gregory worked with Key Private Bank, the Private Bank at Wells Fargo, and National City Bank’s Private Client Group focusing on serving high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, their companies, and the civic organizations they serve. Gregory has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Dayton.
